We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Nurse Case Manager to join our UnitedHealth Group family. As a Nurse Case Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive care management and support to members and their families. You’ll be a key member of our team, helping to ensure that we’re delivering the highest quality care to our patients.You must have a current RN license and at least three years of experience in a hospital, health system, or managed care setting. You must also have a track record of success in coordinating care, managing utilization, and providing advocacy to members and their families.
