Job Description

As a Nurse Practitioner for UnitedHealth Group’s House Calls program, you will play a vital role in providing quality and compassionate care to our homebound members. You will leverage your experience and expertise in assessing, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions in the comfort of our members’ homes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner with the following qualifications: active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice, current CPR certification, and experience in primary care, gerontology, or family medicine. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to the highest levels of patient care, and the ability to work autonomously.
