Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Patient Care Coordination Or Similar Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems And Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Insurance Companies.
Proficient In Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Accurately Input And Retrieve Patient Information.
