
Quality Assurance Manager
We are looking for a reliable Manager of Quality Assurance to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. Creation of new team for Quality and Testing. Design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met as the application is developed. They oversee testing of processes and products. The Quality Assurance Manager manages staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. They ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met. Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation. Ensure quality and sustainability of production processes. Investigate customers' needs/wants and develop a strategy for meetindng their needs. Communicate with the Development teams on a daily basis.
3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries on a regular basis
3+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry with Quality / Process Improvement focus with understanding of medical terminology and clinical care
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or relevant role
Comprehensive knowledge of HEDIS® and CAHPS® requirements
Experience using DevOps as a code repository and work management
