
Senior Administrative Assistant

- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communication and requests for the senior leadership team
- Proactively anticipate and address the needs of senior leadership, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events for the senior leadership team, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions
- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and other departments, as well as external stakeholders and clients
- Conduct research and compile data and information to support senior leadership in decision-making and strategic planning
- Prepare and edit documents, including presentations, reports, and correspondence, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and streamline administrative tasks for the senior leadership team
- Support other administrative and operational tasks and projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With All Levels Of Employees And External Clients.
