Job Description

UnitedHealth Group is looking for a Senior Clinical Quality Analyst to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the healthcare industry. The Senior Clinical Quality Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing clinical quality improvement initiatives across multiple network and product lines. This role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, develop and monitor clinical quality performance measures and initiatives.We are looking for an individual who has a strong focus on health outcomes and data analysis, is motivated to make a difference, and has the following qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in nursing, public health, health care administration, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in clinical quality improvement initiatives and/or health care delivery• Knowledge of health care quality and performance improvement concepts, principles, and industry standards• Experience working with electronic health records and/or data mining• Ability to interpret clinical data, audit processes and outcomes, and identify trends• Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsIf this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we want to hear from you!
