At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Roles, With A Focus On Resolving Complex Customer Issues And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Customer Satisfaction Metrics, Such As Net Promoter Score Or Customer Retention Rate.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers At All Levels.
