  10. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Roles, With A Focus On Resolving Complex Customer Issues And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Customer Satisfaction Metrics, Such As Net Promoter Score Or Customer Retention Rate.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers At All Levels.
