
Senior Director, Technology Product Management

- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology product strategy that aligns with and supports the overall business goals and objectives of UnitedHealth Group.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure successful delivery of technology products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and business development, to gather and analyze market trends and customer needs in order to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product roadmap and identify potential areas for growth and differentiation.
- Drive product innovation by staying informed of emerging technologies and industry trends, and implementing best practices and new approaches within the product development process.
- Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for product initiatives.
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, and work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any issues.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product management team, while also promoting a customer-centric mindset across the organization.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Technology Product Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Leadership And People Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Product Development Lifecycle, Including Agile Methodologies And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
