  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive technology product strategy that aligns with and supports the overall business goals and objectives of UnitedHealth Group.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure successful delivery of technology products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and business development, to gather and analyze market trends and customer needs in order to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product roadmap and identify potential areas for growth and differentiation.
  5. Drive product innovation by staying informed of emerging technologies and industry trends, and implementing best practices and new approaches within the product development process.
  6. Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  7. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for product initiatives.
  8. Ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, and work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any issues.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  10. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product management team, while also promoting a customer-centric mindset across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Technology Product Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And People Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Product Development Lifecycle, Including Agile Methodologies And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
