The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for data science and a proven track record of utilizing analytics to drive business outcomes. To be successful in this role, you must possess an advanced degree in a data science-related field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role. You must also be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and collaborative skills. A background in healthcare is a plus, but not a requirement.
