  1. Conduct extensive research on current and emerging trends in the health care industry to inform product development strategies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify key metrics, and define product roadmap.
  3. Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and specifications.
  4. Analyze data to identify product performance and user behavior patterns, and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of product development with company goals and objectives.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure products meet all necessary requirements.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements and updates.
  9. Lead user testing and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior product analysts on best practices and industry standards.
  11. Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  12. Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation and improvement in care management products and services.
  13. Stay informed on competitor products and market trends to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product team.
  15. Uphold company values and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Care Management Processes And Healthcare Regulations.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, Including Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
