Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Hr, Or A Related Role.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Workforce Strategies To Support Business Goals And Objectives.
