Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Launching Complex Products.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Value-Based Care Technology: The Sr. Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Value-Based Care Models And The Technology Solutions That Support Them. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends And Competitive Landscape.
