  1. Develop and implement data science strategies and processes to improve star ratings and overall quality of care for members.
  2. Lead a team of data scientists to analyze large and complex datasets and identify trends and patterns that impact star ratings.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to gather and integrate data from various sources for analysis.
  4. Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and algorithms that drive insights and recommendations.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data science and incorporate new methods and technologies into the company's analytics approach.
  7. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analyses and reports.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage additional data sources and expertise.
  10. Ensure compliance with all data privacy and security regulations.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of data science initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to share insights and best practices in data science.
  14. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Or Computer Science

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Data Science, Analytics, Or Related Field

  • Extensive Experience With Data Manipulation And Analysis Using Tools Such As Sql, R, And Python

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of Data Scientists And Analysts

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Experience Working With Healthcare Data, Particularly Star Ratings Data.
