As an MRI Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our MRI department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services to our patients.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the MRI department, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services to patients by monitoring and maintaining department protocols and procedures.
  3. Train and supervise MRI technologists to ensure they are following best practices and providing exceptional patient care.
  4. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement new imaging techniques and protocols.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of contrast agents, supplies, and equipment necessary for MRI procedures.
  6. Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
  7. Keep up-to-date with advancements in MRI technology and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient maintenance and repairs of equipment.
  9. Monitor the department's budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  10. Act as a liaison between the MRI department and other departments, patients, and families to ensure clear communication and a positive patient experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Mri Technologist, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.

  • Arrt (American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists) Certification In Mri.

  • Knowledge Of Current Mri Technology And Procedures, As Well As Safety Protocols And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Technologists.
