Data Analyst
We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join the University of California, Riverside team! Our Data Analyst will create a data-driven culture by harnessing the power of data to drive decision-making, improve efficiency, and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as an aptitude for interpreting data.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in data analysis. The Data Analyst must also be proficient in relevant software programs including Excel, Access, and SQL. To be successful in this role, the Data Analyst must have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimize operations and improve decision-making
- Analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insights from the data
- Create reports and dashboards to present data-driven insights to stakeholders
