Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited School Of Pharmacy
Board Certification In Pharmacotherapy Or Pediatric Pharmacotherapy
Completed A Pgy2 Residency In Pediatric Critical Care Or Equivalent Experience
Current License To Practice Pharmacy In The State Of Illinois
Strong Knowledge Of Pediatric Medication Dosing, Drug Interactions, And Adverse Reactions In Critical Care Settings
