Project Manager
Responsible for managing a portfolio of moderate to complex Capital Improvement Projects (building and infrastructure construction) ranging up to $250,000,000 from conceptualization through completion, across the University system. This position is responsible for managing all of the day to day activities necessary to drive the successful completion of each Capital Improvement project, as well as partnering with the Design Project Manager for projects that are team based. Assembling the project team and recommending appropriate project delivery method. Implementing internal partners/stakeholder requirements as appropriate. Explanation of risk for proposed project solutions.
8 years of experience in institutional/commercial/industrial construction
Demonstrated success managing to scope, schedule and budget for mid- to large complex construction projects.
Public sector project management experience preferred
