Ph.d. In Criminal Justice Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Doctoral Degree In Criminal Justice Or A Closely Related Field, Demonstrating A Strong Foundation In The Theoretical And Practical Aspects Of The Discipline.
Extensive Academic And Professional Experience: The Professor And Chair Should Have A Significant Record Of Academic And Professional Experience In The Field Of Criminal Justice. This Includes A Robust Publication Record, Teaching Experience At The Undergraduate And Graduate Levels, And A History Of Successful Grant Writing And Research Projects.
