Job Description

Performs specialized duties that may include, verification of data, recalculation of financial aid applicant's eligibility, setting up electronic loan applications to send or resend, or to clone applications when determined necessary. Makes required changes in the computer system to determine or modify an applicant's eligibility. Responsible for data entry and editing of loan applications for atuomated processing. Consults with the team manager regarding unusual cases or system problems and to ensure that automated processes run smoothly. Provides information about the financial aid process, award & delivery of funds process to student/parents.
