What is the hiring process like at UNUM?

The hiring process at UNUM typically begins with an online application. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed by the recruiting team and if there is a match within the job requirements and your skills/experience, you will be invited to participate in a phone or video interview. This interview will usually consist of a series of questions designed to assess your fit for the role. If you are successful at this stage, you will then be invited for an on-site interview where you will meet with various team members and/or managers. Following the on-site interview, you may be asked to complete a series of assessments or tests in order to evaluate your skills. Once the assessments are complete, the hiring team will make a decision and you will be notified of the outcome.
