
Automotive Power Technician
Maintains records and reports associated with garage operations as required. Responsible also to maintain clean and safe work areas in the tire and service department. Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical. Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
Fleet diesel and gas experience or trade school training are highly desirable.
UPS Automotive Technicians must be at least 21 years old
Proficient operating standard transmission vehicles and meet DOT driving requirements
Technicians should have a complete set of hand tools, UPS will provide larger shop tools.
