  1. Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on UPS fleet vehicles according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
  3. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles.
  4. Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on each vehicle.
  5. Work efficiently and effectively to minimize vehicle downtime and maintain a high level of fleet availability.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  7. Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and industry standards.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on vehicles.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  11. Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for preventative maintenance.
  12. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Uphold company values and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Ase Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess At Least One Ase Certification In Areas Such As Brakes, Electrical Systems, Or Engine Performance.

  • Technical Training: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Technical Training From An Accredited Automotive Program Is Required. This Ensures The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Automotive Repair And Maintenance.
