  1. Identify potential franchisees and conduct thorough market research to determine the viability of new franchise locations.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current franchisees, providing them with support and guidance throughout the franchise process.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for franchise growth.
  4. Conduct regular performance evaluations of existing franchise locations to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for increased profitability.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform franchise development and expansion plans.
  7. Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its values and culture to potential franchisees.
  8. Develop and maintain detailed records of franchisees and their performance, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
  9. Train and mentor new franchisees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote franchise opportunities and network with potential partners.
