  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to understand their business needs and goals.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to franchisees on business operations, sales strategies, and marketing techniques.
  3. Conduct regular business reviews and create action plans to help franchisees achieve their business objectives.
  4. Train new and existing franchisees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Analyze franchisee performance and identify areas for improvement or growth.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new programs and initiatives to support franchisees.
  7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure franchisees are equipped with the latest knowledge and tools.
  8. Communicate regularly with franchisees to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns.
  9. Conduct on-site visits to franchise locations to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the franchise program and build relationships with potential franchisees.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports on franchisee performance and progress.
  12. Continuously strive to improve the franchise program and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure franchisees are in compliance as well.
  14. Mentor and support other Franchise Consultants within the team.
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance for all franchisees.

They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Challenges That May Arise During The Franchise Development Process.
