  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for franchise owners to achieve business growth and success.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to franchise owners on all aspects of their business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of franchise operations and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  4. Collaborate with franchise owners to develop and implement action plans to address any challenges or issues.
  5. Act as a liaison between franchise owners and UPS corporate headquarters, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to franchise owners.
  7. Monitor and evaluate franchise performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
  8. Conduct regular training and workshops for franchise owners to enhance their business skills and knowledge.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams within UPS to ensure the successful execution of franchise operations.
  10. Serve as a mentor and coach to franchise owners, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
  11. Collaborate with the franchise development team to identify potential new franchise opportunities and provide input on the feasibility and potential success of these opportunities.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the UPS brand and ensure that all franchise operations align with the company’s values and standards.
  13. Represent UPS at industry events and conferences to promote the company and its franchise opportunities.
  14. Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with franchise owners and colleagues.
  15. Continuously monitor and measure the success of franchise operations and provide regular reports and updates to UPS leadership.
