As a key member of our franchise development department, you will play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams of owning a successful business under the UPS umbrella.   1. Serve as a primary point of contact for potential franchisees, providing guidance and support throughout the entire franchise development process.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential franchise opportunities and develop strategies for their success.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees, providing them with information and resources to help them make informed decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive franchise development plans.
  5. Utilize strong business acumen to evaluate franchise opportunities and make recommendations for growth and expansion.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations to potential franchisees, showcasing the benefits and opportunities of joining the UPS franchise family.
  7. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and address any concerns or questions from potential franchisees.
  8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential markets for franchise expansion.
  9. Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure all franchise agreements are in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in franchise development, and make recommendations for improvements to current processes.
  11. Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, acting as a mentor and resource to help them achieve success.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of existing franchisees, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.
  13. Represent UPS at industry conferences and events, networking and promoting the franchise opportunities available.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  15. Demonstrate a strong passion for helping others achieve their dreams of business ownership and making a positive impact in their communities.
