  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, providing them with guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
  2. Conduct regular meetings and site visits with franchise owners to assess their performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive franchise network growth and success.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for franchise network expansion.
  5. Train and educate franchise owners on UPS products, services, and best practices to increase their efficiency and profitability.
  6. Monitor and track franchise network performance metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  7. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by franchise owners in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations that may impact the franchise network.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for UPS, promoting our values and mission to franchise owners and the wider community.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the franchise network program to ensure its effectiveness and relevance in the current market.
