As a Franchise Consultant at UPS, you will play a key role in helping our franchisees succeed and grow their businesses.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential franchisees.
  2. Provide guidance and support to franchisees on business development strategies and best practices.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential franchise opportunities.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of franchise marketing plans.
  5. Conduct training sessions for franchisees on UPS products, services, and procedures.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchisees and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in franchise operations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in franchise regulations to ensure compliance.
  9. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts between franchisees and UPS.
  10. Participate in franchisee recruitment and selection process.
  11. Prepare and present reports on franchise performance to upper management.
  12. Continuously strive to improve franchise processes and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for UPS, promoting the company's values and mission to franchisees.
  14. Travel to various franchise locations to provide on-site support and conduct performance evaluations.
  15. Work closely with the legal team to ensure all franchise agreements and contracts are in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  16. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for franchisees.
  17. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the franchise industry.
  18. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  19. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the franchise network.
  20. Continuously assess and improve the franchise program to attract and retain top-performing franchisees.
