  1. Provide expert guidance and support to franchise owners within the UPS network.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with franchise owners, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  3. Conduct regular consultations with franchise owners to assess their business performance and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
  4. Collaborate with other team members and departments to identify and implement best practices for franchise management.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the franchising landscape, and proactively translate these insights into actionable strategies for franchise owners.
  6. Conduct training sessions and workshops for franchise owners to enhance their understanding of UPS products and services, and improve their overall business operations.
  7. Monitor and analyze franchise owners' financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable solutions.
  8. Serve as a key point of contact for franchise owners, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Work closely with the sales team to identify potential new franchise opportunities and assist in the onboarding process.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all franchise owner interactions and activities.
  11. Represent the company at franchise events and conferences, promoting the UPS brand and building relationships with potential new franchise owners.
  12. Uphold the company's values and brand standards in all interactions with franchise owners and other stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of The Franchising Industry: A Successful Franchise Consultant At Ups Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Franchising Industry, Including Current Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Sales And Business Development Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate With Excellent Sales And Business Development Skills To Identify Potential Franchisees, Negotiate Deals, And Close Sales.

  • Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Franchise Consultant, The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Present Information To Potential Franchisees Is Crucial. This Includes Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Deliver Engaging Presentations.

  • Project Management Experience: Ups Franchise Consultants Are Responsible For Overseeing The Entire Franchise Development Process, From Initial Contact With Potential Franchisees To Onboarding And Ongoing Support. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Experience In Project Management And Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Ups Operations: While Not A Requirement, Candidates Who Have Previous Experience Working For Ups Or In The Logistics Industry Will Have An Advantage In This Role. Knowledge Of Ups Operations And Services Will Help Franchise Consultants Better Understand The Needs Of Potential Franchisees And Provide Valuable Insights And Support.
