- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with UPS.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, including monitoring their shipping needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Utilize sales strategies and techniques to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts.
- Keep up-to-date with global shipping trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of any customer issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, identify potential areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management.
- Represent UPS at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for new business and work towards expanding the company's international client base.
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and market trends, and use this knowledge to develop effective strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster a positive and professional image of UPS and its services to clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In An International Setting.
Knowledge Of Global Logistics And Supply Chain Management.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Diverse Cultures And Languages.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.
