- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong business acumen to identify and understand clients' needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of any issues.
- Monitor market trends and changes in international trade regulations to anticipate and proactively address potential challenges for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for retaining and growing international accounts.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, taking proactive measures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of UPS's services and capabilities, and effectively communicate these to clients to drive business growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, International Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In International Sales Or Account Management.
Knowledge And Understanding Of International Trade Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients From Diverse Cultural Backgrounds.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth In A Global Market.
