- Lead and supervise the Mail Innovations operations team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of packages.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Mail Innovations operations.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Logistics Or Transportation Company.
Knowledge Of Ups Mail Innovations Operations And Processes, Including Sorting, Tracking, And Delivery.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Ensure Efficient And Effective Operations.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Microsoft Office And Ups-Specific Programs.
