  1. Oversee and manage the execution of various projects within the organization, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned projects.
  3. Lead a team of project managers and coordinators, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks, taking proactive measures to address them and keep the project on track.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, develop project scopes, and define project goals and objectives.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide recommendations for improvement or course correction as needed.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in program management.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's goals, priorities, and strategic initiatives to align project management activities accordingly.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In A Logistics Or Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Project Managers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects Within Tight Timelines And Budgets.
