  1. Oversee and manage the implementation of various programs and projects within UPS, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Lead and supervise a team of program managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing their respective programs.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each program, ensuring they are in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  4. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on program progress, identify any issues or challenges, and propose solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In A Logistics Or Transportation Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Project Managers Or Coordinators.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
