- Oversee and manage the implementation of various programs and projects within UPS, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and supervise a team of program managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing their respective programs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each program, ensuring they are in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on program progress, identify any issues or challenges, and propose solutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of program managers and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations while managing programs and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the success of programs and projects.
- Monitor program metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on program performance, including any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in program management to continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the company.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In A Logistics Or Transportation Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Project Managers Or Coordinators.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Delivering Results Within Strict Timelines And Budget Constraints.
