As a Warehouse Associate at UPS, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center.   1. Perform various warehouse duties such as loading and unloading packages, sorting, and organizing inventory.
  2. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols.
  3. Assist in the accurate and timely processing of shipments and orders.
  4. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  6. Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  8. Meet productivity and performance goals set by management.
  9. Communicate any delays, issues, or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  11. Continuously strive to increase efficiency and improve processes.
  12. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  14. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.

Job Qualifications

  • Physical Stamina: Warehouse Associates At Ups Are Required To Lift And Move Heavy Packages And Boxes For Extended Periods Of Time, So Physical Strength And Stamina Are Important Qualifications For This Role.
