  1. Process and review all invoices and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Ensure all accounts payable transactions are properly recorded and documented.
  3. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  4. Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
  6. Prepare and process payments through various methods such as checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as purchasing and accounting, to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices.
  8. Monitor and track accounts payable aging to ensure timely payments and identify potential issues.
  9. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  11. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to accounts payable.
  13. Provide support for audits and other financial projects as needed.
  14. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  15. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
