Associate Designer - Graphics, Print & Pattern

• Create original and trend-setting designs for our products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand vision and product goals
• Stay updated on current and emerging design trends and techniques
• Brainstorm and pitch design concepts to the team
• Conduct research and gather inspiration for design ideas
• Develop technical sketches and design specifications for production
• Communicate and coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and are delivered within deadlines
• Participate in product development meetings and provide creative input
• Assist with sample evaluations and provide feedback for improvements
• Work closely with Senior Designers to support and assist with their projects
• Help maintain and organize design files and archives
• Represent the brand and its values through creative and innovative designs
• Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms
• Continuously strive to improve and elevate the brand's design aesthetic
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
