Job Description

Urban Outfitters is looking for an experienced and motivated Distribution Center Manager to join our growing team and be a part of our success. We are seeking a professional who is able to motivate and lead a team to ensure efficient and effective operations in the distribution center.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution center setting, with a focus on inventory management, process improvement, and delivery logistics. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.As our Distribution Center Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the distribution center and its staff. You will ensure that orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner with accuracy and efficiency, while striving to meet or exceed service level agreements. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance of the distribution center.
