Job Description

Urban Outfitters is looking for a talented and experienced Distribution Center Manager to join our team and manage our flow of goods through our distribution center. As the Distribution Center Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of the distribution center and customer satisfaction. We are looking for an individual who can think creatively, take initiative and be an effective leader. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the customer experience, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong working knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and inventory control.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role• Proven track record of successful distribution center management• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently• Knowledge and experience of modern inventory control systems• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to lead and motivate a team• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
