Job Description

Urban Outfitters is looking for a highly organized and creative Event Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess solid organizational skills, excellent communication skills and proven ability to multitask. We are looking for someone who is motivated, outgoing, and has a passion for planning events.The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-quality events including product launches, store openings, and fashion shows. This person will work closely with teams across the company to ensure successful events that meet or exceed our expectations.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of event planning experience, ideally in the retail or fashion industry. You must have an excellent knowledge of event management software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization are essential. A successful Event Planner must be able to think strategically, be highly organized and have the ability to work with tight deadlines.
