
HR Administrator

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and has a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. - Provide administrative support to the HR department including maintaining employee records, processing new hires and terminations, and updating employee information.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Help plan and organize employee events and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR-related matters.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for improving HR processes and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
- Work closely with management to identify and address any employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all HR-related activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Administration Or Related Role, Preferably Within The Retail Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Information.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team.
