Key Holder (Receiving & Fulfillment)

As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our merchandise is received, processed, and fulfilled accurately and efficiently. - Receive and process incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently
- Ensure merchandise is properly labeled, tagged, and organized for storage
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
- Work closely with the Inventory team to ensure timely and accurate inventory counts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of merchandise
- Assist with fulfilling online and in-store orders
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while processing orders
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to the Receiving & Fulfillment department
- Train and mentor new team members on receiving and fulfillment processes
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while handling merchandise
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to the appropriate department
- Participate in regular inventory audits
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of all received and fulfilled merchandise
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by embodying our brand values and providing exceptional customer service.
Experience In Retail Management: A Key Holder At Urban Outfitters Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Brand Or Fashion-Forward Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Key Holder, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Receiving And Fulfillment Team. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Direction, And Motivate Team Members.
Organizational And Time Management Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Accordingly. A Key Holder Should Have Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills To Ensure That All Receiving And Fulfillment Processes Run Smoothly And Efficiently.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management: Urban Outfitters Is A Fast-Paced Retail Environment With A Constantly Changing Inventory. As A Key Holder In The Receiving And Fulfillment Department, It Is Important To Have A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management, Including Stock Replenishment, Cycle Counts, And Inventory Accuracy.
Customer Service Oriented: While This Position Primarily Focuses On The Receiving And Fulfillment Aspect Of The Store, A Key Holder Should Still Possess Strong Customer Service Skills. They May Be Required To Assist Customers On The Sales Floor Or Handle Customer Inquiries, So A Friendly And Approachable Demeanor Is Essential.
