Job Description

The Urban Outfitters Music Coordinator is a key member of our Arts & Entertainment team. We are looking for a highly organized, passionate music lover to join our team! In this role, the Music Coordinator will be responsible for managing our music programming, curating playlists and ensuring that music flows seamlessly across our stores.The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of music trends and genres, as well as an excellent ear for selecting music that aligns with our brand. They should be highly detail-oriented and able to work independently to troubleshoot any music-related issues that arise. An excellent communicator, they should have great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with our vendors.If you have a passion for music and a flair for creating innovative experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
