  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all social media content is aligned with brand messaging and visuals.
  5. Monitor social media trends and best practices to continuously improve the brand's social media strategy.
  6. Analyze data and insights to measure the success of social media campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.
  7. Respond to social media inquiries and engage with followers to build and maintain a strong online community.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new social media platforms to identify potential opportunities for the brand.
  9. Work closely with other departments, such as PR and e-commerce, to coordinate social media efforts and ensure consistency across all channels.
  10. Stay informed about current fashion and youth culture trends to create relevant and timely social media content.
  11. Monitor and report on social media analytics to track growth and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create and share engaging content.
  13. Stay up-to-date with social media platform algorithms and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
  14. Maintain brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
  15. Stay informed about competitor's social media strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Fashion Industry.
