Sustainable Fashion Coordinator

Urban Outfitters is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sustainable Fashion Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sustainability and fashion and is able to bring creative solutions to our sustainability strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the fashion industry and its related sustainability initiatives, and be committed to working collaboratively to help Urban Outfitters become a leader in sustainability within the fashion industry.In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our sustainable fashion initiatives. You will work closely with the product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to identify sustainable fashion trends and create meaningful strategies to ensure our company is leading the industry in sustainability. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on our progress in meeting our sustainability goals.To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in fashion, sustainability, or a related field and at least 2 years of professional experience in the fashion industry. You must also have a strong understanding of sustainability initiatives and their impact, as well as a proven track record of developing creative solutions. You must also have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
