Job Description

Urban Outfitters is looking for an experienced and creative Trend Forecasting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a great eye for fashion and an analytical mindset. They will be responsible for researching and analyzing fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market data to inform product and merchandising decisions. The Trend Forecasting Analyst will work with various teams to identify new trends and consumer preferences, and communicate insights to support product development and buying strategies. We are seeking a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for fashion. The successful candidate should have a degree in fashion, marketing, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in trend forecasting, market research, or product development. They should have a deep understanding of the fashion industry, including the latest trends and emerging brands. The Trend Forecasting Analyst must also have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
