High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Warehouse Associate At Urban Outfitters Should Have At Least A High School Degree Or Equivalent Education To Demonstrate Basic Academic Skills And Knowledge.
Previous Warehouse Or Retail Experience: Prior Experience In A Warehouse Or Retail Environment Is Highly Desired For This Position, As It Showcases An Understanding Of Warehouse Operations And Customer Service Skills.
Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects: The Job Of A Warehouse Associate Often Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, So The Ability To Lift Up To 50 Pounds Is A Must.
