CDL Driver

We are seeking an experienced CDL Driver to join the US Foods team! As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods to and from our customers. The ideal candidate for this role is a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual with an unwavering commitment to safety and customer service.To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid CDL license along with at least 2 years of experience as a CDL Driver. You must also demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a working knowledge of DOT regulations, and a strong commitment to customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate a commercial vehicle while adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations.
2. Load and unload cargo and supplies in a timely manner while following all safety protocols.
3. Perform regular vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functioning and safety.
4. Maintain accurate records of all shipments, deliveries, and other related activities.
5. Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers at all times.
6. Follow DOT regulations and company policies strictly.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a prompt and professional manner.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal performance.
9. Cooperate with team members and other departments to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
10. Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
