  1. Oversee and manage all human resources functions within the organization.

  14. Participate in budget planning and manage HR department expenses.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Leadership Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
