As the Senior Night Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations of our warehouse, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. - Oversee and manage the night shift operations of the warehouse to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate counting and tracking of products.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns related to warehouse operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and procedures.
- Create and maintain schedules for warehouse staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Train and mentor other warehouse managers and staff members.
- Develop and adhere to budgetary and financial targets for the warehouse.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure the warehouse remains competitive and efficient.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all warehouse employees.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Warehouse Management Or A Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Control, Distribution, And Logistics.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field Preferred.
Proven Leadership Skills With Experience Managing A Team Of Warehouse Associates And Driving Operational Efficiency.
Extensive Knowledge Of Warehouse Safety Regulations And Procedures, Including Osha And Fda Guidelines.
Proficiency In Warehouse Management Software And Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Optimize Warehouse Operations And Improve Productivity.
